Assessed appropriate means to enhance the and utilize the skill-sets of the Marine Corp Intelligence and Psychological Operations Communities. Developed a model for greater acquisition of talent and knowledge and advised on selection and talent management policy.

Analyzed newcomer dynamics and conducted resilience studies and introduced resilience-enabling interventions. Advised the client on initiatives to reduce stress by positively frame challenging situations and brokering productive conversations between peers.

Driving Employee Retention

Developed unique model of retention and turnover for the client. Created new method for assessing motivation and satisfaction among the workforce and advised on impactful non-monetary incentives to enhance retention and reduce turnover.

Designing Resilience Interventions

Organized and led an Appreciative Inquiry Resilience Summit to develop small unit solutions for resilience interventions. Devised a mobile application for enhancing resilience using nudge technology through push notifications.

Adoption and Use of Learning Technologies
